The purpose of the program is:
1. To identify Nursing Assistants’ role function challenges and strategies for managing work-related relationship conflicts with residents, families and co-workers.
2. To identify organizational strategies for supporting Nursing Assistant role functions. The ultimate goal of the E-Learning Program is to improve the quality of care provided to residents in long term care facilities.
